WASHINGTON, DC – Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries announced today that he is appointing the following Members to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government and the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.

WASHINGTON, DC – Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries announced today that the Steering and Policy Committee has recommended the following Members be appointed to the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Homeland Security, the Committee on Natural Resources, the Committee on Science, Space and Technology and the Committee on Small Business.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries announced the creation of the Regional Leadership Council which will consist of twelve Members – one from each of the twelve regions of the Democratic Caucus. The group will be chaired by the Honorable Steny Hoyer, the former Majority Leader of the House of Representatives and a distinguished colleague who has championed the House effort to Make it in America.
