I write with respect to our ongoing effort to push back against the far-right extremism that is being relentlessly unleashed on the American people.

We are engaged in a multifaceted struggle to protect and defend everyday Americans from the harm being inflicted by this administration. As outlined last week, it’s an all hands on deck effort simultaneously underway in Congress, the Courts and the Community.

Washington, DC – Today, Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries held a press conference where he emphasized that House Democrats will continue to push back against the far-right extremism being unleashed on the American people.

Haley Stevens where they announced the introduction of the Taxpayer Data Protection Act, which will ensure that the confidential information of the American people is protected from unelected, out-of-control billionaires.  

Washington, DC – Today, Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries released the following statement: 

President Biden’s comprehensive ceasefire agreement has returned American and Israeli hostages to their families and surged humanitarian assistance to Palestinians in need. We cannot rest until the remaining hostages held captive in Gaza return home, and the agreement is fully implemented for the good of Israel and the Palestinian people.
