LEADER JEFFRIES STATEMENT ON DEADLY BLACKHAWK CRASH IN KENTUCKY

WASHINGTON, DC – Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries released the following statement:

Our hearts break for the families of the nine service members killed in last night's helicopter crash in Kentucky. They remain in our prayers during this time of immense tragedy. In the coming weeks and months, it will be important to have a full investigation into what caused this deadly accident and how future military training fatalities can be prevented on land, air and sea.
