LEADER JEFFRIES STATEMENT ON BUS ACCIDENT IN WESTERN NEW YORK

Today, House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries released the following statement:

Heartbroken to learn of the tragic bus accident on the New York State Thruway near Buffalo.

I am grateful for the first responders and medical professionals who are working to save lives.

My condolences are with the families of the deceased, particularly with the parents of children who have been lost, and I pray for the safe and healthy recovery of all those impacted.
